As a fast-moving company focused on a greener, sustainable future for transport we understand the importance of investing in our future workforce.  Here at Wrightbus we acknowledge that people learn in different ways with many choosing to earn while they learn.  We offer Apprenticeships Level 3, Higher-Level Apprenticeships Level 5 and Graduate opportunities.

The Wrightbus Apprenticeship Programme allows you to earn and develop your skills alongside completing a formal recognised qualification.  We currently offer Level 3 pathways for Coachbuilding, Driveline Operative, Spray Painting, Vehicle Installation Electrician, Warranty Engineer and Welding.  We also offer a Level 5 pathway within the occupational areas of Engineering and Supply Chain & Logistics.

Wrightbus provides Graduate opportunities tailored for those starting out in their career.  You will be supported by an experienced team and develop your knowledge and skills within your chosen career pathway.
